- 2015: Established headquarters at Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa and incorporated.
- 2018: Established Cayman Premium Ptd,.Ltd in New Zealand. 10 employees.
- 2019: Established JAPAN CARS OCEANIA Pty., Ltd. in Australia. 10 employees.
- 2020: Established a branch office in Dakar, Senegal. 20 employees.
- 2023: Registered as a qualified invoice issuer. Established branch offices in Malaysia and the U.K.
- 2025: Established a branch office in California, United States.
